Reflect Wellness started as one physician-led clinic in Murfreesboro and grew into a real medical practice serving Middle Tennessee — not a wellness fad, not a quick fix. What started with a handful of patients has grown to a full clinical team seeing patients every day, now across two Tennessee locations and online.

We built Reflect around a simple idea: medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and aesthetics deserve the same standard of care as any other part of medicine. That means a licensed provider reviewing your history before anything is prescribed, a plan built around your labs and your goals instead of a fixed menu, and ongoing visits that keep adjusting as you do — not a prescription you fill once and forget.

We're not a faceless clinic and we're not a chatbot. Every patient works with a real provider, in person or online, for as long as their plan runs.
