Dr. Hardin is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with a diverse career spanning primary care, hospital medicine, and wellness. He serves as a primary care physician at Highland Family Medicine, a hospitalist at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, and a dedicated provider at Reflect Wellness.
At Reflect Wellness, Dr. Hardin is joined by a team of experienced nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who are committed to helping you achieve your health and weight management goals.

As a newer generation of Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Matthew Middler brings a fresh perspective to healthcare. With a focus on lifestyle medicine, he takes a holistic approach to patient care, emphasizing prevention and well-being.
Dr. Middler recently relocated to Nashville from Pittsburgh and joined our practice this summer. He shares his passion for patient care with his wife, Abby, of five years, and their son, Harrison.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Meredith Barnett, NP
A seasoned nurse with over two decades of experience, Meredith graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After gaining valuable experience in pediatrics and emergency medicine, she pursued advanced education, earning a Master of Science in Nursing and becoming a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in 2015.
Since then, Meredith has embraced a variety of roles within the healthcare field, including aesthetics, urgent care, and primary care. The diversity of these experiences has fueled her passion for nursing, making it impossible to imagine a different career path. In her free time, Meredith enjoys exploring new destinations and cherishing moments with loved ones.

Candice Moreno, FNP-C
Candice Moreno is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for empowering patients to look and feel their best at every stage of life. At Reflect Wellness, she provides personalized support in areas such as weight management, hormone therapy, menopause management, IV therapy and aesthetic treatments.
Candice, being a Nashville native, earned her advanced nursing degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Candice has multiple years of experience in primary care, comprehensive wellness and IV therapy. She believes in treating the whole person—not just the symptoms—and partners closely with each patient to create sustainable wellness plans tailored to their goals and lifestyle. As a health care provider she stays committed to ongoing education in the fields of weight management, hormone replacement therapy and aesthetics.
Candice is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal wellness from the inside out. Her approachable nature and genuine care make her a trusted partner on each patient's wellness journey.

Jill Wentz, MS, PA-C
Jill Wentz is a board-certified physician assistant with a distinguished career spanning 25 years. Her medical expertise is rooted in emergency and urgent care medicine. In recent years, she has transitioned her focus to aesthetics and wellness, where she is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best. A native of Nashville, Jill earned her Master of Science in Medicine in Physician Assistant Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University.
At Reflect Wellness, Jill is committed to educating and empowering her patients. She specializes in antiaging and longevity medicine, offering personalized guidance on hormone optimization, weight management programs, and IV/peptide therapy. In addition, she provides a comprehensive range of aesthetic services, including Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare.
Beyond her clinical and aesthetic offerings, Jill emphasizes the importance of individualized personal care routines. She encourages her patients to incorporate essential daily habits such as proper hydration, balanced nutrition, consistent exercise, and mindfulness practices. These foundational self-care strategies are designed to complement her medical treatments, supporting patients in achieving both inner vitality and outward confidence.

Michelle Sloan, NP
Michelle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 15+ years of nursing experience who is passionate about helping patients improve their health through personalized care. She graduated with her BSN in 2006 and her MSN in 2017, both from Tennessee State University. With experience in primary care, wellness, emergency medicine, and preventive medicine, her approach focuses on prevention, wellness, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term success. Michelle is committed to partnering with patients to create realistic health goals and provide compassionate, judgment-free care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, reading, training in Krav Maga, and spending time with her dog, Lucian.
