Available in-person only, at our Franklin and Murfreesboro locations.
What This Is
BioTE pellet therapy places a small, bioidentical hormone pellet just under the skin in a brief in-office procedure. From there, it works on its own: a single insertion delivers steady, time-released hormone support for months, with your dose set by your labs, not a standard chart.
The dose comes from your labs. Not a standard insert.
One product, two entry points
Built Around Your Biology.
Same pellet therapy, same lab-driven dosing. What it's addressing looks different depending on where you're starting from.
For Women
Sleep, mood, and energy that shifted on their own
Hormone shifts show up as sleep that won't hold, mood that swings without warning, energy that disappears mid-afternoon. Pellet therapy is one way to steady that: support that works in the background instead of one more thing to manage daily.
For Men
The same hormone support as TRT, without the weekly routine
For men who want the same hormone support as a TRT protocol without a weekly routine to keep up with, pellets offer a different way in: steady, consistent delivery from one insertion, instead of a dose you think about every week.
Every pellet protocol starts with a BioTE Consult ($50), a dedicated visit where labs and goals set the plan before anything is inserted.
The protocol
Labs First. Four Steps.
Consult
A dedicated BioTE Consult where you and your clinician talk through what's changed, what you're after, and whether pellet therapy fits.
Labs
Bloodwork establishes your baseline hormone levels: the numbers that set your pellet dose, not a standard starting point.
Insertion
A brief in-office procedure: a small pellet is inserted just under the skin, typically in the hip area, under local anesthetic. In and out the same visit.
Monitoring & Re-Pellet
OngoingLabs get rechecked on a schedule, and re-pelleting happens periodically as your levels call for it. Your clinician tracks the timing, not a fixed calendar.
How we practice
Pellet dosing comes from your labs, not a standard insert. If your numbers don't call for a change, the plan doesn't change either.
Before you decide
What Patients Also Consider.
Pellets are one delivery path. Depending on your labs and how you'd rather approach it, your clinician may point you toward one of these instead, or alongside.

BioTE Consult
In-Clinic Only
A dedicated visit where labs and goals set the plan, before any pellet or protocol.

Testosterone
In-Clinic Only
A weekly injection instead of a single insertion, a different delivery cadence.
What to expect
Steady, Not Peaks and Tapers.
How it works
Pellets work differently from an injection you administer yourself: instead of a weekly dose that peaks and tapers, the pellet releases hormone steadily in the background, day after day, without you doing anything between visits.
The difference itself
Many people notice that steadiness as the difference itself: fewer of the ups and downs that come with a weekly cycle.
Your response
Individual response varies by starting point and how your body absorbs the pellet, which is exactly why your labs, not the calendar, drive when it's time to re-pellet.
